These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of adorely.in and related services (the “Service”), operated by Designwithpash (“Adorely”, “we”, “us”; GSTIN: 07BXGPT3103F1ZO). By creating an account, contributing to a page, viewing a page, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
2. The Service
Adorely lets you create Pages celebrating people, add photos, messages, and memories, invite others to contribute wishes, and share Pages by link. Features, photo limits, page lifetime, and branding differ by plan:
- Free: limited photos and features; the Page remains live through the birthday it celebrates plus 2 days (never less than 48 hours from publication; Pages without a birthday date remain live for 7 days after publication), after which it and its content are automatically deleted.
- Paid plans: additional photos and features, with the Page remaining live for the period stated at the time of purchase.
Plan details, pricing, and limits are as displayed on the website at the time of purchase and may change prospectively for future purchases. On adorely.in, prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, and payments are processed by Razorpay. On adorely.app (our international storefront), prices are in USD and purchases are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, which means Dodo Payments is the seller of record for your transaction and handles applicable taxes, payment methods, and payment disputes for it. The plan you buy and the page it applies to are the same product on either storefront.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@adorely.in of any unauthorised use.
4. Your content and licence to us
You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, messages, names, and other material, “User Content”). By uploading User Content, you grant Adorely a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service, including displaying the Page to people you share it with and to Contributors you invite. This licence ends when the content is deleted from the Service, except for residual copies in routine backups and content we must retain by law.
We will not use your Pages or photos for our own advertising or marketing without your separate, explicit permission.
5. Your responsibilities for content
You confirm that, for all User Content you upload or invite others to add:
- You own it or have the necessary rights and permissions to share it, including from people appearing in photos.
- It does not infringe anyone’s copyright, privacy, or other rights.
- It is not unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, hateful, or harmful, including content harmful to children.
- Where a Page involves a person under 18, you have the authority or the consent of their parent or guardian to share their photos and details.
Contributors adding wishes via an invite link make the same confirmations for the content they add. The Page creator can review and remove contributed content, and is responsible for the Page as a whole.
6. Prohibited uses
- Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Uploading content that is sexually explicit, exploits or endangers minors, promotes violence or hatred, or harasses any person.
- Impersonating any person, or creating Pages about a person with intent to mock, harass, or harm them.
- Attempting to breach, probe, or circumvent security, rate limits, or plan limits; scraping; or reverse-engineering the Service.
- Uploading malware or interfering with the operation of the Service.
7. Moderation and takedown
We may review, remove, or disable access to any content or Page that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law, and may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. Where required, we will act on valid takedown requests and legal orders in accordance with applicable Indian law. To report content, contact our Grievance Officer (Section 13).
8. Our intellectual property
The Service, including the Adorely name, logo, templates, designs, software, and all material other than User Content, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service as intended. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative products from our templates or software.
9. Page lifetime and deletion
Pages expire and are deleted according to the plan purchased. We will make reasonable efforts to remind Creators before a paid Page’s term ends. We are not responsible for loss of content after a Page expires per its plan terms, so please download or save anything you wish to keep before expiry.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee that a Page will be viewable at any particular moment, and we are not responsible for the conduct or content of users or contributors. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be excluded by contract.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adorely’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000 if you have paid nothing. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or loss of data, goodwill, or profits. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Adorely harmless from claims, damages, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your User Content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right, including claims by persons appearing in photos you uploaded without permission.

We will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve them within one month, or within shorter timelines where prescribed by law.
14. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, or risk to the Service or other users, with notice where practicable. Sections that by their nature should survive, including licences needed to wind down, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity, survive termination.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection jurisdiction, consumers may have the right to approach the consumer forum where they reside. The courts at New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of these Terms.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will post updated Terms with a new effective date and notify you of material changes by email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
